The piano was created by an Italian named Bartolomeo Cristofori. The date of creation is believed to be somewhere in the mid 1600’s.

Very nice done Ruby.....compliments.
ReplyDeleteI just can't get enough of your pictures. keep them coming.
ReplyDeleteI never allow a day to go by without listening to the piano although I don't play (I realised when I was very young that I'd never reach a standard that would satisfy me because I don't have the ability) and I can feel every emotion that there is through the music.
ReplyDeleteI did not know that about pianos. Hmm, you learn something new every day!
ReplyDeleteNeat how you combined the piano with the poem of how music is so soothing.
ReplyDeleteNever new the piano was THAT OLD... :)

Did you draw that piano Ruby? Good one. The piano can make beautiful music with the right musician. Do you play it? - Dave
ReplyDeleteYes, I did draw it, but unfortunately, I never took lessons :(
ReplyDeleteThanks bloglings for your compliments!!
ReplyDeleteThat is great GB, maybe you could begin playing again even if you r not satisfied with your skills, you might be surprise yourself!
I just joined a band after a long layoff (I'm the keyboard player and co lead guitarist). The words are true and I often find myself seeking solace in playing music.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Miss Ruby!!
