A poem and a painting!

The breeze at dawn
Has secrets to tell you
Don’t go back to sleep

You must ask
For what you really want
Don’t go back to sleep

People are going back and forth
Across the door sill
Where the two worlds touch

The door is round and open
Don’t go back to sleep

Rumi, 13th century Persian poet

Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

- Aristotle

And now, a Bob Ross painting! Remember, there are no mistakes, only happy little accidents!!!

  2. I used to work with a girl named Verity who loved to imitate Bob Ross. She was really funny sometimes.
